The General Life Support Session is designed for anyone who simply needs to talk, vent, sort things out, or receive gentle guidance. You don’t need a specific topic. You don’t have to prepare anything. You don’t even have to know what to say at first. This session is your moment to breathe, to be heard, and to reconnect with yourself.
During your session, you’ll enter a safe, calm environment where you can talk openly. You share what’s on your mind and I listen, guide, and support you through the conversation.
