SECTION 1
COACHING & WELLNESS SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Nature of Services

Enhancing Body & Mind provides wellness coaching, emotional wellness support, mindful movement guidance, healthy-habit coaching, and general lifestyle education.
We do not provide therapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, or medical services.

2. Eligibility

Services are available for adults 18+ unless otherwise approved.

3. Payments

All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept secure online payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your session.

• Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed with no notice are not refundable and not credited.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is confidential except:

• If there is risk of harm to self or others

• If required by law

6. Personal Responsibility

Clients agree that they are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results during and after coaching sessions.

7. Referrals

If we believe a client may benefit from medical or mental-health support, a referral may be recommended.

8. Session Safety

Clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies and participate only in movement or practices that feel safe and comfortable.

SECTION 3
PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Physical Products, Herbal Products, Digital Downloads, and Wellness Goods)

1. Product Overview

Enhancing Body & Mind offers a variety of wellness-centered and lifestyle products designed to support everyday balance, self-care, and personal expression. Our product selection includes:

• Herbal teas & natural beverage blends

• Body butters, oils, and skincare items

• Candles & aromatherapy products

• Self-care and wellness items

• Digital downloads, eBooks, audio guides, and printable materials

• Wellness journals, workbooks, and educational resources

• Lifestyle merchandise, including:
  Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces, T-shirts & apparel, Accessories, and Event-based boutique items.
  Please note: Inventory may vary online and at in-person events. Some items may be exclusive to pop-up shops, vending events, or seasonal collections.

2. Payments

All products must be paid for in full at checkout.

3. Shipping (Physical Products)

Most items ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Some products, especially Herbal Tea Blends and other natural, handcrafted items are created fresh upon order. Because of this, shipping may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated on your order status, so please make sure your contact information is accurate.

Please note:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped at no cost.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our items:

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges. Damaged items may be replaced if a photo is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Product Use & Safety

Products are for general wellness only. Always consult a licensed medical provider for health concerns. Enhancing Body & Mind is not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions

• Improper use

• Ignoring safety instructions

7. Intellectual Property

All digital and physical materials are owned by Enhancing Body & Mind, LLC and may not be reproduced or resold.

SECTION 5
EVENT SALES POLICY

(For Pop-Up Shops, Vending Events, Markets, and In-Person Sales)

Enhancing Body & Mind participates in various community events, pop-up markets, wellness fairs, and vendor opportunities. The following policies apply to all in-person purchases made at events:

1. Immediate Availability

All items sold at events are available for immediate purchase and pickup on the spot, while supplies last. Inventory at events may differ from our online store and may include exclusive, seasonal, or limited-quantity items.

2. All Event Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of in-person retail and hygiene safety standards, all sales made at events are final.
We are unable to accept Returns, Exchanges, Refund requests, or Store credits. Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Payment Methods Accepted at Events

We accept the following secure payment methods at events:

• Debit/Credit Cards

• Cash

• Cash App (if offered)

• PayPal QR code

• Other mobile/QR payments we may add in the future

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Handmade & Natural Product Variation

Because many of our items are handmade or naturally sourced, slight variations in: Color, Texture, Size, Scent, Packaging are normal and reflect the unique nature of each product. These variations are not considered defects.

5. No On-Site Adjustments or Custom Orders

Unless specifically advertised, custom orders are not taken at events. Items must be purchased as displayed. Custom requests can be submitted online, if available.

6. Damaged Items at Events

If an item is damaged before purchase, we will gladly exchange it with another available item. Once purchased, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Event Pricing

Event pricing may differ from online pricing due to:

• On-site promotions

• Exclusive event bundles

• Limited-time offers

• Cash-only discounts

• Vendor or venue fees

Online prices do not guarantee event prices and vice versa

8. Limited Inventory

All event items are first come, first served. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked on-site.

9. No Shipping for Event Purchases

Items purchased at events must be taken home at the time of purchase. Shipping is not available for event purchases unless specifically stated.
